
People start things with high josh and will loose the tempo and get dropped after some time. If some one is not able to maintain his motivation or josh in a project means, the results are not measurable. It is just intangible. Some one wants to drop 10kgs in 3 months, there should be a milestone point and measurable option. “How much I have to achieve per month and where am I standing right now, should I throttle up the process or I am on right pace? …” - all these things need a measuring point.
Only when my goals are measurable, I will be able to maintain the josh. Otherwise I cannot.
